The Business Services Assistant/Front Desk Receptionist (known as a BSA) is the true face of an office – the first person clients speak with or are greeted by – and sets the tone for the office and its smooth daily operation.
The BSA provides a wide range of office and administrative tasks, including scheduling client appointments, maintaining clinical personnel schedules, processing clinical and administrative documents, using client record and billing systems, and answering multi-line telephones. This position requires exceptional customer service skills with a varied client base, and the ability to multi-task with accuracy and attention to detail in a fast paced-environment required. Some early evening hours required.
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong computer skills in a business setting required
Three (3) years previous experience in a medical office or human services setting preferred
