Registered Nurse or LPN- Rural Travel

Job Description:

Provides clinical assessment, problem identification, crisis intervention, and case management. Monitors treatment progress, documents significant interactions, and maintains clinical charts and other reporting data. Observes and reports symptoms and conditions of patients. Coordinates medical care and intervention with patients, staff, and psychiatric providers. Provides nursing consultation to clinical staff and medical case managers in all regions.

Qualifications:

Graduate from and accredited school of nursing and licensed by the State of Colorado as a registered nurse or LPN. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred. Two (2) years experience in a psychiatric, setting, and specialized training in psychiatric nursing preferred.
