Under general supervision, performs a variety of computer systems administration and support tasks, including analyzing, constructing, documenting, testing, maintaining, troubleshooting and supporting of PC hardware, operating systems, software applications, peripherals, and communication devices for the entire organization. Performs a variety of project tasks and requires good communications skills with the ability to work with users diplomatically and skillfully. Maintains company Helpdesk application.
Bachelors degree in computer science or information systems required. In lieu of degree, combination of education and minimum of three (3) years of experience. Three (3) to five (5) years desktop and technical support experience preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office applications highly desirable. Valid Drivers License required. Ability to drive a motor vehicle to different Mind Springs, Inc. offices as needed to work on computer equipment.
