Senior Vice President West Springs Hospital
Most Recently, Ware served as an Associate Administrator for George Washington University Hospital (GWUH), a Washington D.C. facility with 395 beds. While at GWUH, Ware provided culture-shaping operational oversight of ancillary services that helped drive employee engagement, patient experience, quality, and financial performance. Prior to his position at GWUH, Ware was the Vice President of Operations at Palms of Pasadena Hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Ware earned his Bachelor of Arts in business administration, with an emphasis in finance, from Morehouse College and earned his master’s degree in Health Systems Administration from Georgetown University. In 2018, Ware completed a six-month health policy fellowship with the DC Council – Committee on Health. In addition to attending the Bluford Healthcare Leadership Institute, he has served as an Alumni Board Member and Vice Chairman since October of 2017.
