Third Quarter Customer Service Superstars

. . . Two Winners!

Jeremiah Doyle
Case Manager – Eagle

“Jeremiah is consistent, dependable, competent, communicative, and supportive.  He goes the extra mile to communicate with staff to support clients, and he has a gentle presence with clients, while also being able to help them with resources, skills, paperwork, or sometimes just relational support. Jeremiah is also a joy to work with.  He has never declined, dropped, or otherwise faltered in responding to and fulfilling emails asking him to provide specific support for clients.  He always responds affirmatively and follows through; communicates when issues/escalations happen.

Jeremiah is easy to work with, and I appreciate all he does for the CBITT program! Jeremiah once drove a client all the way to Grand Junction, just to ensure there was not a lapse in care between his incarceration and his residential treatment. Such commitment!

Jeremiah always brings a positive and upbeat attitude to work. This leads to great interactions with staff and clients.  He is a consistent ‘yes man’ always up for a task, to help out a client, or to go the extra mile when asked.  His passion for his work is clear and he is a true asset to the Mind Springs Team.

Kailey Adkins
Medical Case Manager – Granby

“Kailey was filling in last week with scheduling for the Urgent Care Clinic crisis uses. Kailey scheduled an appointment for me with my client at 3:00 p.m. with Dr. Elsass. When she discovered Dr. Elsass was out for the entire week at 3:10 p.m., Kailey went to work to find out what to do next. Kailey never gave up on finding an appointment provider. It was after the original appointment and almost 4:00 p.m., before she was able to find a provider to work with my crisis client.

My client needed to be seen as soon as possible for a medication adjustment for his suicidal ideation and Kailey made it happen even though she had never been in this situation before and didn’t know where to begin. I feel someone else might have just rescheduled for the following day instead of going through everything she did to make it happen in the moment, which is what my client needed.”

Congratulations to all of the Customer Service Superstar Nominees:

FunNominal Funds Earn Ashley Hatch the Chance to Toss a Pie at Jill Davis!

Peer Support Services Coordinator, Jill Davis, was the most recent Mind Springs Health employee to get a pie in the face.  Peer Specialist, Ashley Hatch, used her FunNominal Funds wisely, as she chose to smash an gooey pudding and whip cream pie in her boss’s noggin.  Luckily, Jill is a good sport!

If you have not yet been vaccinated and are ready to protect yourself and the people you care for – reaching out to your County’s public health department is the best way to find where to get your shot!  Pfizer and Moderna vaccines are widely available in Colorado, with many communities now offering “walk-in” appointments!
