How to Transition to Seeing Your Therapist Online

While outpatient services are now delivered remotely,  West Springs Hospital remains fully operational and accepts patients 24/7.  This includes for individuals who have tested positive for COVID-19 who truly need to be admitted, and the Hospital is able to reasonably admit them without compromising the safety of other patients. If you are referring a person who is exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms to the Hospital during this time, please have the potential patient tested if possible.  In-person visitation has been suspended during this time of social distancing and we encourage patients’ families and friends to visit by phone.

Walk-In Services Now Available at West Springs Hospital

Responding to the gap in Mesa County’s walk-in crisis services after the Western Slope’s crisis center recently relocated to Montrose, West Springs Hospital will now offer walk-in mental health and addiction crisis services seven days a week, 23 hours a day at its campus on North Avenue and 28  3/4  Road in Grand Junction. Walk-in services began November 2019.

Anyone experiencing a crisis or emergency related to mental health or addiction  can walk in or be brought to the crisis center at West Springs Hospital anytime except between 4:00-5:00am.  Assistance can also be arranged 24/7 by calling the West Springs Hospital assessment and admissions line at 970.201.4299.
