Mind Springs Health accepts MasterCard, VISA, Health First Colorado ( Medicaid), Medicare and private insurance, and are a preferred provider/in-network for Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, LifeSynch, UMR and United Behavioral Health/Optum. We also offer a sliding payment scale for qualifying individuals and families. Our business service associates are available to help you figure out which payment option is best for you.

Being an active participant in treatment is important to your success! Having access to your health information is an easy way to be active in your treatment. With a few exceptions, it is your right to inspect, review, and receive a copy of your health information. Our Medical Records staff can help you to request a copy of your records.

Women’s Recovery Center
