1-844-493-TALK (8255) is a 24/7/365 support line for anyone affected by a mental health, substance use or emotional crisis. Free and confidential, all calls are connected to a mental health professional who can help you manage an emergency situation, provide immediate support and connections to further resources. We maintain direct relationships with local resources, offer translation services for non-English speakers, engage in immediate problem solving and make follow-up calls to ensure continued care.

Located at 515 28 3/4 Road in Grand Junction, the western slope walk-in center is open 24/7/365 and offers confidential, in-person support, information and treatment for up to 3 days.

When appropriate, mental health professionals will go to the site of the crisis to provide support for those in need of face-to-face help and unable to get to a walk-in center.
