MIND OVER MOOD
Teaches specific skills to overcome a wide variety of issues including depression, panic attacks, anxiety, guilt, shame, low self-esteem, eating disorders, substance abuse and relationship problems.
DIALECTICAL BEHAVIOR THERAPY (DBT)
Helps identify thoughts, beliefs and assumptions that make life harder and uses concepts of mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, distress tolerance and emotional regulation. An individual can learn different ways of thinking that will make life more pleasant.
MULTI MODAL THERAPY (The Columbia Model)
Appropriate for children and adolescents aged 6-16 who are demonstrating behavioral difficulties. Parental involvement is strongly encouraged during this process which focuses on goal setting, decision-making skills and behavior management.
For both adolescents and adults who have experienced trauma, substance abuse issues and/or self-harming behaviors. It emphasizes goal setting, positive decision-making, coping skills, relapse prevention and identifying community supports.
CHRONIC DISEASE MANAGEMENT
Via mobile tele-health technology, RN Care Managers help clients attain treatment goals with information and support in management of chronic illness and chronic pain.
Individuals in recovery provide advocacy, coaching and one-on-one or group support to those seeking assistance. Goal-setting, problem-solving, coping and wellness skills, emotional regulation, anxiety management and self-esteem enhancement are taught.
An individual-centered approach to increase motivation and readiness to change through exploration and resolution of internal conflicts around change.
COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL THERAPY (CBT)
Combines behavior therapy and ‘thinking’ therapy in addressing dysfunctional emotions, behaviors and thoughts through a goal-oriented, systematic process. It is effective for a variety of conditions including mood, anxiety, personality, eating, substance abuse, trauma-induced and psychotic disorders.
Trains families to work together as part of an overall treatment plan for family members. It has been shown to improve outcomes for people with schizophrenia and other major mental illnesses.
AGGRESSION REPLACEMENT TREATMENT (ART)
For teen-agers who show aggressive behaviors, this treatment identifies risky situations, focuses on ways to reduce anger and teaches social and trouble-avoidance skills.
INTEGRATED TREATMENT FOR DUAL DIAGNOSIS
Helps people recover from both substance abuse and mental health issues by offering service for both at the same time and in the same setting.
Offered in conjunction with traditional and other therapies to achieve maximum recovery from symptoms.
Combines several different therapeutic approaches targeted towards the individual’s struggle with alcohol or drug addiction.
ENHANCED OUTPATIENT (EOP)
Based on the Matrix treatment model, which was originally developed for cocaine and methamphetamine abusers. Typically, a participant engages in 2-5 hours of treatment per week, some of it individual work but mostly in a group.
INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT (IOP)
Regularly 10-12 hours of treatment per week, allowing individuals to participate in daily affairs (i.e. work, home), receiving treatment before or after their day.
STRATEGIES FOR SELF-IMPROVEMENT AND CHANGE (SSIC)
Designed for individuals with past criminal history together with substance abuse issues. Built on a cognitive behavioral approach, it is a 3-phase treatment program nearly spanning a year.
THINKING FOR A CHANGE
An integrated, cognitive behavior change program for criminal offenders that includes cognitive restructuring with social and problem-solving skill development.
INTEGRATED CARE WITH PHYSICAL HEALTH
Mental health clinicians work with our community physical health care physicians in primary care settings to identify mental health concerns and provide appropriate recommendations for treatment.
Supportive Housing is a decent, safe and affordable community-based housing that provides adults the rights of tenancy under state and local landlord-tenant laws. The housing is linked to voluntary and flexible support and services designed to meet tenants’ needs and preferences.
24/7 MOBILE CRISIS RESPONSE TEAM
Available by phone and in person 24 hours a day 7 days a week to meet the needs of those experiencing mental health crises.
DETOX CASE MANAGEMENT FOLLOW UP
Case Management Follow UP allows individuals to get the resources and referrals they need to engage in residential or outpatient substance abuse treatment following a stay in detox.
LOVE AND LOGIC
Designed to create positive home and school cultures, the curriculum is a practical and effective set of strategies for helping parents support the emotional and behavioral health of their children.
